*Attendance at the information session is compulsory for those who wish to compete in national u15, u17 and u20 events.   Information Day Requirement   The Information Session will run at 12.00 PM Noon and at 4.00PM. Athletes may request an exemption from the Information Session, if they have previously attended age group national competitions.
