VRI’s Swordplay class helps children aged 7-11 to learn new skills, improve their fitness and develop self-confidence through fencing. After Swordplay, children will join our Junior Epée Squad, 12-20yrs, Coached by Olympian Gerry Adams
We also run Come & Try and Adult Beginner classes throughout the year for those who want to try the sport.
Our Adult Epée Squad builds core strength and fitness for fencing, develops technical skills, and applies tactics and strategy through a range of structured exercises and drills. Our highly trained and experienced coaches are also available for private lessons.
