The JD Challenge is a Category 2 Competition. All Victorian Competitors must be Affiliated Members of their Home State.

U12 Foil – 1:00 PM rollcall for 1:15 PM start
U12 Epee – 1:15 PM rollcall for 1:30 PM start
U12 Sabre – 1:30 PM rollcall for 1:45 PM start
Sunday:
U10 Foil – 7:45 AM rollcall for 8:00 AM start
U14 Epee – 7:45 AM rollcall for 8:00 AM start
U10 Sabre – 8:15 AM rollcall for 8:30 AM start
U10 Epee – 12:15 PM rollcall for 12:30 PM start
U14 Foil – 12:15 PM rollcall for 12:30 PM start
U14 Sabre – 12:45 PM rollcall for 1:00 PM start
Weapon sizes:
U10 and U12 fencers: Size 0-3 ALL weapons
U14 fencers: Size 0-5 ALL weapons
Equipment:
U12 and U10 fencers
Minimum: 350N W fencing jacket, 350N W under plastron, glove, mask, breeches
(long/full length track suit pants will be accepted) and long socks.
Chest protectors must be worn by girls in all weapons.
Chest protectors must be worn by boys doing epee.
U14 fencers
Minimum: 350N W fencing jacket, 350N under plastron, glove, mask, fencing
breeches (800 NW or 350NW) and long socks.
Chest protectors must be worn by girls in all weapons.
Chest protectors must be worn by boys doing epee.
* Please note these are the minimum requirements, fencers may choose to wear 800N garments if they wish.
** Electric bib masks will not be mandatory in any age group, although fencers may choose to use them.
