Fencing Victoria is currently in the process of completing a policy around transgender fencers competing in Fencing Victoria competitions. Fencing Victoria is also awaiting the release of the Australian Fencing Federation Policy. While this is being done the Fencing Victoria board has agreed to allow trans fencers to enter Category 2 competitions based on the gender they identify as.

关于变性运动员参加维州击剑比赛的声明

维州击剑协会目前正在针对变性击剑运动员参加维州击剑比赛的相关事宜制定政策。同时维州击剑协会也在等待澳大利亚击剑协会对于此类运动员参赛政策的出台。在正式政策出台之前，维州击剑协会董事会讨论通过了同意此类运动员按照他/她们自己所选的性别参加二类赛事（Category 2 Competitions）。
